Building Jeff's new computer

I was walking down Lancaster Ave, and here's this car half in the road and half on the shoulder, plowed under another car that had been parked. The parked car had smashed in to the car in front of it. And there was no one around at all, they had just been left like that. I can't even image how a car could get going that fast on Lancaster, especially like 10 feet from a traffic light. Check out how the parked car's tires aren't on the ground.
